The Scotch laminator is great  and I've used it even more than expected. But during a momentary lapse of reason, I tried to use a partial pouch - one that was not sealed on the bottom. They tell you not to do it, but I did anyway. Everything disappeared into the machine, and didn't come back out. It didn't look like I could open it up without destroying it, so I called their 800 number. They were so nice, and they sent me a mailing label to ship it back for free. They said that if they could fix it, they would do so and send it back. If they couldn't, they would send me a new one. All free of charge - which is incredible since it was my own fault for doing what they said not to do. I just got a new one in the mail.
I only paid $30 for this, yet they replaced it free of charge when I messed it up. You just can't do any better than that!

I snagged this bad boy on a Lightning Deal for 20 bucks this weekend. It arrived yesterday (thank you Amazon Prime!). As soon as I got it, I set it up and used it a few times and I must say, I'm very, very impressed. This is easily worth the full price, so even more excited I got it for 20 bucks. Setup took less than a minute ... just take it out of the box and snap the feeder tray into place. That's it! Heating up took appx 5 minutes. I fed a couple items through and it is absolutely silent. I mean NO noise whatsoever when it's laminating. It autofeeds the item through and takes less than 30 seconds to spit it out the other side.

The laminating looked very professional. I could not be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend!

The Paderno World Cuisine  is a must-have kitchen item for anyone who loves pasta and wishes to keep off extra weight while still enjoying all they want of it. As so many others have stated, this unit is more than sturdy enough to handle the job it was designed to do, my favorite being to make spaghetti out of zucchini.

While I love to eat healthy versions of childhood foods, my sister does not. She would not even try my zucchini pasta with marinara sauce the night I made it. So, I left some in a bowl for her to try later. The next day, I received a call from her to tell me she really liked the "fake pasta", BUT, she thought, it was because I had mixed it with real pasta. It took me a full 10 minutes to convince her that it was ALL zucchini, RAW zucchini, just warmed up by tossing it with hot spaghetti sauce! Thans to the Paderno World Cuisine.

Zucchini spaghetti easy to prepare

She was ready to concede to buy this vegetable Slicer that slices the green skin from the zucchini, but it was almost impossible to get her to believe that the pale strands from the center were not made from semolina wheat. :) I gave her this kitchen tool because she needs to lose weight. The part of her problem is she loves to eat spaghetti in the colder months. The problem with spaghetti are the calories each (100gr, 138.7 Kcal) Whit this Paderno World Cuisine Kitchen tool is it asy to prepare and pale the skin of many vegetables and even faster.
Unfortunately, I don't think she is actually using it because I still don't think she believes me! Raw eating food is the best for every human body. So, please know that this is NOT too good to be true: Zucchini spaghetti made with the tiniest cutting blade on this unit has the same texture and taste as real spaghetti when served warm with tomato sauce.

The best thing, though, is that besides being nutritionally superior to pasta made from grain, one can eat as much of it as one wants without ever feeling bloated or heavy - or putting on extra weight as a result. Just cut the zucchini into 2" long sections, set a section in place, and twirl it against the blade of this unit. Voila! Freshly made spaghetti pasta. You'll have no pot to clean and need no time for cooking. This unit rinses off very easily after using; and it takes me less than 5 minutes to wash a couple large zucchinis, cut them into 2" pieces, and run them through the spiral slicer. It seems almost effortless to make a huge bowl of al dente (zucchini) pasta, which I serve mixed with hot spaghetti sauce to warm (not cook) it up. Don't hesitate to buy and try it. It's actually FUN to use, too - it's like I'm a kid playing with my Play-Doh machine again, only what comes out is very healthy to eat!

Ok, If you are like me looking, reading and scratching your head not knowing what unit to purchase I took a chance on this unit, I got it in the mail and set it up right away so I could try it. I had also read from another review that one person on amazon called them on the question of lead in the unit, After reading this review I also called and spoke with there Q&A person. He told me absolutely not, there is no lead in this unit and we have the test to prove it. He was aggravated so to me that was a good sign. Because I told him I was going to return this unit if there was any danger of lead.

completely self cleaning

My husband had been wanting a water ionizer for a long time but we couldn’t afford the thousands of dollars that most sell for. When we were doing more research on them and comparing prices along with specific details for each product, we stumbled upon the Alive Air Purifier and Ionizer website.
PROS: What sold us was not only the initial price but also the cost to replace the filters. Alive’s are around $40 each compared to the $100 or more for other brands. Also, that it is completely self cleaning. It does a rinse at the end of each use and a self cleaning process evey so many liters of water. When we received it, we also checked the water output on each setting with Alkaline litmus paper just to be sure that it was changing the alklinity as it should. Every setting tested right in the range that it stated. We also purchased the under the sink converter, which I think is nice because I don’t like a lot of things sitting out on my counter.

We Love The machine

Researched most of the products available on market and found Alive Ionizer to be best option for reasonable cost. I replaced a very old RO system after realizing pH of those systems is on the low side. I have seen my skin clear, feel I am helping my body reduce inflamation, and lost a few pounds too!
